					<description>Nice work!  Sara and I managed to walk about seven miles in roughly the same amount of time on Saturday.  If it were up to us to deliver the message then the army would have a real problem.  I nominate you to carry the messages when the Canadians invade.</description>

					<description>thanks, guys. no snow, yes army messages, and my first marathon with negative splits, starting at roughly 7:35 min/mile and winding up at 7:24 min/mile. at least by my watch. it's so easy that way. going out hard and then trying to hang on is no way to race.</description>
